Founding Member & Chairperson
With ancestral ties to Bundjalung Country, born and raised on Darkinjung Country, Matthew serves as the chairperson of Bugalwan Indigenous Corporation. Drawing from his cultural heritage and extensive corporate leadership, he is deeply committed to accessible mental health care. Matthew's qualifications include an MBA (Global), GAICD, BPsychSc(Hons), and GradDip Psyc., his lived experience drives his passion for promoting mental health equity and culturally responsive care.
Charlie Sales
Founding Member & Secretary
A proud Darkinjung man, Charlie helped found Bugalwan and serves as a Director of the Board. Charlie is passionate about supporting others in our community through story telling, music and art. Bringing a wealth of lived experience and energy to deliver positive outcomes for mob.
